Software Version: Niagara AX 3.5
Error Code: config.bog.lock issues / Phantom station
This issue can occur after upgrading from AX 3.3 to 3.5, particularly on SoftJace systems. The platform daemon has to be restarted and then the app fails on config.bog.lock issues. Station appears to be running in background but is not accessible until PC reboot. Check Windows event log to see if the Niagara service is crashing and restarting. May be caused by heap space issues. If making RDP connection to the SoftJace, avoid using the /admin switch.
