Solution

Unable to discover new JACE on Niagara Network with license compatibility error. Solution:

1. Verify supervisor and JACE are running compatible Niagara versions
2. Check that both devices have valid licenses
3. Ensure license versions are compatible (AX vs N4)
4. Verify network connectivity between supervisor and JACE
5. Check Fox/Foxs ports are not blocked by firewall
6. Confirm JACE is properly commissioned and has IP connectivity
7. Try restarting both supervisor and JACE services
