Solution

Overall CPU usage should be less than 80%. High CPU usage can lead to performance issues and station instability. Solution:

1. Use Station Diagnostics to identify Engine Hogs - components using the most CPU
2. Check for excessive histories (maximum 6000 for JACE-8)
3. Review control logic for infinite loops or inefficient code
4. Use Spy tool for detailed diagnostic information
5. After garbage collection, used heap should be less than 75% of max heap
6. Optimize or disable resource-intensive components
