Error Code: History database exceeds maximum - Over 6000 histories on JACE-8

Solution

Maximum of 6000 histories recommended for JACE-8 controller exceeded. Excessive histories cause performance degradation and high memory usage. Solution:

1. Review and disable unnecessary histories
2. Reduce history collection intervals to decrease storage requirements
3. Archive old history data and purge from active database
4. Consider using history rollup or aggregation strategies
5. Move some histories to a supervisor if available
6. Monitor memory usage - after garbage collection, used heap should be less than 75% of max heap
7. Regularly maintain history database to prevent growth
