Error Code: TLS handshake failed - Certificate error

Solution

TLS handshake failed due to certificate issues. Wildcard certificates may cause problems. Solution:

1. Verify SSL/TLS certificates are properly installed and not expired
2. Use Niagara Certificate Management in Workbench to generate and sign certificates
3. Ensure certificate Common Name (CN) matches the server hostname
4. Check certificate chain is complete with root and intermediate certificates
5. Avoid using wildcard certificates if they cause issues
6. Verify certificate is trusted by the client system
7. Check system date/time is correct on both client and server
8. Review certificate settings in Platform Administration
