Error Code: Web service fails - Port conflict on startup

Solution

Web service automatically starts both port 80 and 443 on reboot but one or both are already in use. Solution:

1. Identify whats using the ports with netstat -na command
2. Check for other web servers (IIS, Apache) running on the system
3. Check for other Niagara stations or old AX versions not properly removed
4. Configure web service to use alternate ports if port 80/443 must be used by another service
5. Modify web service startup configuration to disable unneeded ports
6. Consider using only HTTPS (443) and disabling HTTP (80) for security
