Niagara Workbench throws a "Cannot Load Help Files" error when opening the help window or accessing webstation graphics. Error often appears as a locked icon or security warning.
Unsigned or untrusted certificates in the Workbench certificate manager, common when running on corporate domain computers or after platform/browser updates.
Open Workbench and go to Tools → Certificate Manager
Look at the Allowed Hosts tab for certificates with a red shield/X icon (these are unapproved)
Right-click the red-flagged certificate and select Approve
