Error Code: Login failed: Device runtime status has not been determined

Solution

Error appears when trying to log in to the ADS/ADX. Solution:

1. Verify IIS applications are running properly
2. Check SQL Server database connectivity and ensure Metasys services can access the database
3. Restart IIS and Metasys services
4. Verify the device has completed its boot sequence and runtime is fully initialized
5. Check Windows Services to ensure all Metasys-related services are started
6. If using SQL authentication, verify credentials are correct
