Error Code: Network engine does not respond to commands

Solution

Network engine (NAE, SNC, NIE) does not respond to automatic or manual commands. Solution:

1. Check POWER LED is on
2. Check FAULT LED - if lit, refer to fault troubleshooting
3. Verify network connectivity
4. Check communication bus wiring and termination
5. Verify device address is correct and unique
6. Power cycle the network engine
7. Check for communication interference
8. Verify controller firmware is compatible with system version
9. Check for overheating - ensure proper ventilation
10. Review device commissioning settings
