Software Version: Metasys NxE85/LCS85

Error Code: Login failed: This product is not licensed

Solution

Message appears when trying to log in to NxE85 or LCS85. Action Required: License and restart this product. Solution:

Obtain proper license from Johnson Controls
Install license through the device interface or SCT
Restart the device after license installation
Verify license matches the hardware model and serial number
If previously licensed, check for license corruption and reinstall
Contact Johnson Controls support if license issues persist
