Error Code: HEARTBEAT LED blinking at 2 Hz or 5 Hz

Solution

If HEARTBEAT LED blinks at 2 Hz or 5 Hz for more than 5 minutes:

1. Press the reset button
2. Verify 24 VAC power
3. Check communication terminal blocks are firm
4. Verify wiring: 18 AWG minimum for power, 22 AWG for field bus, 26 AWG for Ethernet
5. Match baud rates on all devices
6. Check wire integrity
